Big Bang

by Julia Jason

This is the story of creation. The film opens in the Garden of Eden where Adam and Eve are walking. The serpent tempts Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit from the tree of good and evil. They eat the fruit and experience an awakening which leads them to conceive the first human child, whilst the big bang commences. They see the future of civilisation.

“I made this story of Adam & Eve because it’s the most dramatic story in the universe, but I wanted to give it a different ending, and instead of god punishing them I felt they should be rewarded with the knowledge of the future and the gift of a child.”

“The challenge of making a 60 second film is to be concise in your story, and by using the combination of a visual narrative and a voiceover, it helped convey more information in a short space of time.”
