The training and development of our staff is key to the continued growth and success of our business. Our Talent Team works to give our people the opportunity to reach their full potential.

developing skills

We offer face-to-face and e-learning courses, sponsored education and language tuition. We also have internal career coaches, a mentoring scheme and, if employees prefer to work through things on their own, career management guides to help them get what they want from their working life.

As well as formal training schemes, Orange employees can also use a free learning resource centre, available to staff throughout the country.

We know it's not just talented individuals that make a successful business - it's talented teams too. So we've created a range of team development events to help employees understand each other's contribution and work together even more effectively. These events range from traditional classroom-based or outdoor activities to community projects or charity events that provide real, worthwhile goals to work towards.

Our performance management process helps our employees understand the contribution that they make to the company strategy, and recognises and rewards success.
