Restructuring within the France Telecom Group during 2006 meant we did not set specific targets for 2007. We have some exciting targets for 2009 and you will be able to read about these and what we achieved in 2008 soon.

We also collect data against a Group framework of performance indicators. This makes it easier to compare our performance to that of other organisations, and helps us set targets for improvement. We'll add a selection of peformance indicators to this website soon, so please check back later.
