To Orange, corporate responsibility is about going beyond just running a successful company that makes a profit. It's about how you treat your staff and customers, the respect you show for the local communities where you work, the help you give to people who need it, and the way you treat the environment.

We regularly ask for feedback from the UK public, experts who represent particular interests and our employees. We want to know what they think of our performance and what issues they'd like us to focus on. At the same time, we have an internal cross-functional working group which has given us insight into what people think are the most important issues for us to address.

Feedback helps us decide what are the most important issues, and define achievable targets for improvement. By working towards these targets, Orange is contributing to the France Telecom Group's mission to be responsible, trusted and innovative.
