At Orange we use a process called the 'seven steps sourcing methodology' to select suppliers. Each one of our buyers is trained in this methodology. On a regular basis, the sourcing team communicates the expectations that Orange has of its employees in their treatment of suppliers. Suppliers can always expect confidentiality, impartiality and a focus on facts from the selection process.
