We offer a huge range of trainer-led and e-learning courses, sponsored education and language courses. We also have career coaches and a mentoring scheme to offer personal support. And for those who prefer to work through things on their own, we have a series of career management guides.

Learning Zone

The Learning Zone is a new ‘one-stop shop’ website, where Orange employees can find the tools and knowledge they need to develop professionally and personally. It´s organised around our brand, performance, behaviour and business objectives.

Each individual gets their own personal development plan and a range of courses, articles and books to help them reach their own particular goals.

Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy section of the Learning Zone is designed to develop tomorrow´s managers, from first-time managers making the transition to seasoned managers who want a refresher. There are courses specifically about Orange, as well as broader courses about what makes a good manager in any business.
