We have a team that makes sure we´re respecting our employees. They run programmes to get our employees involved and engaged and to make sure we´re representing a diverse workforce. It´s made up of senior employees from our Talent and Development, Health and Safety and Internal Brand and Communications teams.

The annual 'Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies To Work For' list 2010 also awarded us with the 'Most Improved Company' award.
