Lots of different people helped shape our corporate responsibility strategy: our customers, employees, shareholders and partners, as well as the media, NGOs and other smart folk. We talked to them all about the issues that matter most to them, so that our strategy reflects the real world and that we have the right priorities. And we´ll continue talking to all of them to make sure we´re working on the most important issues.
