With Orange Value Promise, where possible, Orange will charge you in exactly the same way as your chosen UK competitor network. But with other Orange services we will charge you our prices. See the table below for more information:

protect your phone with Orange Care
Although Orange Care is not included in the price on Orange Value Promise tariffs, you can still purchase it. Orange Care offers you a replacement phone dispatched within 24 hours receipt of a valid claim if your phone is ever lost, stolen or damaged. Accepted claims are subject to a £15 administration fee and Orange Care is subject to terms, conditions and exclusions.
