Looking after our business customers is exciting. What makes this team different is that you'll be building relationships with specific, senior people in a wide range of companies with anything from 300 to 200,000 people.

What's more, we'll get you to focus on one sector. This could be financial services, retail, tourism… you name it. You'll quickly become a specialist in that area, understand all the issues and be the person others turn to for advice.

A lot of your work will be around our customers' contracts and you'll spend most of your time picking up incoming calls and emails, and getting every query answered and every issue sorted out.

There's a real team spirit here, but we'll give you a lot of personal responsibility too - we think it's the best of both worlds.
