Most people come to rely on their Orange phone. That's why Orange has Orange Care. If your phone is lost, stolen, damaged or breaks down, Orange Care can offer you a replacement phone dispatched within 24 hours of accepting your claim, as well as a no claims discount. If your phone is lost or stolen a replacement is sent by post, if it is faulty or damaged it will be sent by courier, as we require your faulty or damaged phone back.

If you have a problem, you need to call Orange customer services immediately from any phone on 07973 100 150, or 150 from an Orange phone.

If you pay monthly on Your Plan Orange Care costs £6 a month or if you pay as you go £50 for 12 months cover.

Orange Care includes insurance and warranty, which are subject to terms, conditions and exclusions as stated in your user guide. Please read these carefully.
