Your Plan terms and conditions

 

Your Plan and any additional services (referred to respectively as "Price Plan" and "Orange Additional Services" in the Orange Network Terms and Conditions) are provided in accordance with the Orange Network Terms and Conditions, that you agree to by registering your phone, and additional terms some of which are listed below.

Promotional Talk & Text tariffs

The discounted tariffs for 12 months promotion ("The Promotion") applies to all customers connecting to one of the following promotional tariffs between the dates of 1 May 2003 and 30 June 2003 inclusive.
Your Plan 60 & Text 60 £20 per month saving £3 a month off standard price
Your Plan 120 & Text 120 £25 per month saving £8 a month off standard price
Your Plan 200 & Text 120 £30 per month saving £8 a month off standard price

The Promotion applies to new connections only and excludes upgrades.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and or promotion.
If you change your service plan you will no longer qualify for the reduced monthly subscription.

The reduced monthly rate applies to the first 12 months of your pay monthly service plan after this time period pricing will revert back to Orange standard rates.

Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this promotion at any time and will notify you of such changes.

In the event that your account is terminated for any reason including but not limited to none payment Orange reserves the right to refuse re-connection to your service plan at the reduced monthly subscription. In such an event you will be charged the standard access fee for your chosen service plan.

Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, the latter will prevail.

Reduced monthly subscription promotion
  1. To take advantage of the reduced monthly subscription you must purchase a new Orange phone and connect to either Your Plan 700, 1000 or 2000 between the promotional dates of 1 February 2003 and 31 March 2003 inclusive.
  2. If you are an existing Orange customer and choose to migrate to one of the above service plans between the promotional dates you will also be eligible for the reduced monthly subscription.
  3. If you are an existing Orange Your Plan 700, 1000 or 2000 customer and you remain on the same service plan you will not qualify for the reduced monthly subscription.
  4. If you change your service plan you will no longer qualify for the reduced monthly subscription.
  5. In the event that your account is terminated for any reason including but not limited to none payment Orange reserves the right to refuse re-connection to your service plan at the reduced monthly subscription. In such an event you will be charged the standard access fee for your chosen service plan.
  6. This promotion is also subject to the Orange network terms and conditions where conflict arises the Orange network terms and conditions will prevail.
Talk time minutes
Talk time minutes include calls to Orange phones, standard UK landline numbers, other mobile networks and Orange Answer Phone. Once the inclusive minutes have been used, Orange call rates will apply. These rates apply at all times of the day. If you don't use all your inclusive talk time minutes in a particular month, your rollover minutes will be automatically carried over for one month only.

Late Night and Weekends, and Evenings and Weekends packs
Both packs include calls to Orange Phones, standard UK landline numbers, and Orange Answer Phone. If you make any such calls during the specified times your Late Night and Weekends, or Evenings and Weekends pack will be debited first. Once all the pack minutes have been used, your inclusive talk time minutes will be debited for such calls. Once all your pack and inclusive talk time minutes have been used, Orange Your Plan call rates will apply. Both packs are available with Orange Your Plan 30 talk minutes only. If the inclusive minutes for these packs are not used then they will not be rolled over to the following month.

Talkshare
Share your talk time from Your Plan 120 talk minutes upwards with up to 20 Users (including one nominated Leader). The Account Holder is responsible for all phones and costs incurred on the account. If the Leader changes during a particular month rollover minutes accrued during that month will be lost. A minimum 12-month contract will apply to all new phones connecting to Talkshare. All additional packs and/or bundles are applied to the Leader but are for the benefit of all sharers on a first-come, first-served basis. Subject to further terms and conditions available on request.

Text and photo message bundles
Your chosen Text/photo message bundles will be activated automatically on subscription and are only available on Line 1. You are only allowed to purchase one Text/Photo Message bundle per subscription per month. However, products purchased that contain Text/photo message bundles can be added to that subscription. Any unused text/photo messages can be rolled over for one month only. Texts/photo messages over the bundles subscribed for will be charged at standard Orange Your Plan rates.

Text message bundles can only be used to send person-to-person UK mobile text messages. These do not include international and roaming texts or games, information services or other services that use text messages.

photo message bundles can be used to send photo messages while in the UK to anyone with a mobile phone or an email address. If you choose to send your photo message to more than one recipient, a photo message will be deducted from the bundle for each recipient. Orange users with a compatible Orange phone will be able to view your message on their mobile phone, users who do not have a compatible Orange phone will receive a text message and an ID code inviting them to view their message on www.orange.co.uk. Subject to further terms and conditions.

Orange Access pack
The Orange Access pack You subscribe to will depend on the technology your phone uses to access wap. If You have a GPRS-enabled phone, You should request Orange GPRS Access pack. If You do not have a GPRS-enabled phone, You should request an Orange CSD Access pack. You are only allowed to subscribe to one Orange GPRS Access pack and/or one Orange CSD Access pack per account in any one billing cycle. You may request to cancel your Orange Access pack at anytime by giving at least five days notice before your billing date. Any changes You make to your Orange Access pack will take effect from your next billing date. Any unused Orange Access pack will not be rolled over to the following month. Orange Access pack can only be used to access Orange wap sites while in the UK and will require the use of a WAP-enabled phone. Orange GPRS Access pack is subject to a fair usage policy of 10MB. Subscribers exceeding this limit may be charged at the Orange Your Plan rates. Orange CSD Access pack is subject to a fair usage policy of 200 minutes. Subscribers exceeding this limit may be charged at the Orange Your Plan rates.

Orange Access pack is not available on Line 2. Subject to further terms and conditions.

Orange In Front
The Orange In Front Text Message bundle and International calling credit are subject to further terms and conditions available on request. Roaming is available subject to status. To be eligible for the upgrade customers must have been on the Orange in Front proposition for 12 consecutive months and their account must be up to date. They can select any phone up to the value of £79.99 (inclusive of VAT), subject to stock availability. No cash alternative or credit (if lower value handset is chosen) will be available. The upgrade can be undertaken directly through Orange or through Orange dealers.

The information is correct at the time of going to print but Orange reserves the right to make subsequent changes to it and services maybe modified, supplemented and withdrawn.
