Directory Enquiries

If using a phone book is difficult, you may qualify for the free 195 Directory Enquiry service. Simply call 195 and an operator will ask you for your PIN number (given when you register). The operator will then ask you which number you need, and will find it for you. To register, or to find out if you qualify for this free service, please call 195 from any Orange phone.

Alternatively, you can call Orange Directory Enquiries on 118 000 (formerly 192). They will tell you the number and send it to you by text, and can connect your call too.

Calls to 118 000 cost 59p for pay monthly and 75p for pay as you go customers. For pay monthly customers we can also connect your call, this is charged at 30p per minute. You can ask for up to three numbers on each call.
