On the Go - FAQs

1. Q. How does it work?
   On the Go allows Orange to text story links to your mobile.
2. Q. What do I need to do?
   Enter your mobile number into the box at Step 1 and press Send. Orange will then text a four-digit On the Go Pin to your phone. This will normally arrive very quickly. If there is a delay, please keep the box on your screen open until your text has arrived. Enter your Pin into the box at Step 2 and press Send. Orange will then text the story link to your mobile.
3. Q. Do I have to be an Orange customer to use On the Go?
   No. All mobile phone owners with a UK number are eligible.
4. Q. What will Orange do with my mobile number information?
   The details you provide will not be used to send unsolicited texts, and will not be sold to a 3rd party.
5. Q. Why do I need to enter a Pin?
   The Pin ensures you only receive the On the Go stories you ask for and you won't get spammed.
6. Q. What happens if I click Remember my Pin box?
   Orange will drop a cookie on your computer which will let us remember your mobile number to save you re-entering it the next time you use On the Go. If you do not want us to remember your phone number, don't tick the Remember my Pin box. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on cookies
7. Q. Do I pay for texts from Orange?
   No. All texts from Orange for On the Go are free to receive.
8. Q. Do I pay when I click on the link to my story?
   Data charges may apply when you read your On the Go story on your mobile. Please check your data plan for rates.
