- What's the difference between this offer and Orange Broadband?
-
Orange Broadband gives you speeds of up 8 Meg to access the internet from your home computer. This unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle is just for your mobile phone, so you can browse the mobile internet while you're out and about directly from your handset.
- When does the unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle apply?
-
For the duration of your bundle, unlimited evening browsing is from 7pm and 7am Monday to Friday, with weekend browsing from 7pm on Friday to 7am on Monday.
- How much will it cost me to browse during the day?
-
If you have the unlimited evening and weekend bundle you will never pay more than £1.50 a day for your peak-time browsing. Peak-time browsing is between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
- Is there a fair usage policy for the unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle?
-
Yes there is. To ensure the fair allocation of network resources for all customers the unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle may not be used for: modem access for computers, internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, Instant Messaging, peer to peer file sharing and non Orange internet based video. If such use is detected, notice may be given and Network protection controls may be applied to all services which Orange does not believe constitute WAP or mobile internet browsing. This may result in a reduced speed of transmission, inability to use such services and, at the discretion of Orange, removal of the bundle. The unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle is subject at all times to a fair usage policy of 1000MB each month. Usage above this amount will constitute abuse & Orange may, at its discretion, monitor usage and withdraw the bundle from your account in the event that the fair usage policy is abused.
- Now that my 2 months Try has finished, what browsing bundles are available to me?
-
Unless you have opted out, you will have automatically been moved onto a £5 monthly subscription for our unlimited mobile Internet browsing at evenings and weekends. If you have opted out but would now like to subscribe, just go to your free home page on Orange World and activate it from Your Account section. Or call 150 to set up a bundle now.
