You can buy calling tunes on Orange World or by calling 477 on your Orange phone.

on Orange World

  • Go to Fun, then select Music and Tones, then choose calling tunes.
  • Select the item you want, and set it all up right there.

  • Once you’ve called, you can either browse categories, or enter a quick code (which is located under the track title in our online catalogue) and go straight to a specific tune.
  • You'll be played the tune and asked if you want to buy it.
  • Next, you can choose how to set up your calling tune, for example as a default tune so that everyone who calls you hears it, or for specific callers. You will need to enter the telephone number for each specific caller you want to hear the chosen track.
  • Once you're done, hang up and it'll start working in a few minutes. You'll get a text message confirming your purchase

Payment

Calling tunes cost £1.50 each, including VAT. If you call 477 to buy or browse for a calling tune this costs 10p per call. If you use Orange World to buy or browse for your calling tune normal data rates apply. These costs, together with the £1.00 per month playing fee for the service, will be added to your monthly bill or, for pay as you go customers, deducted from your phone credit. Calling tunes cost the same for pay monthly and pay as you go customers.
