Marking the cinematic debut of writer-director Marcus Warren THE HEAVY tells the story of Boots (Stretch), a down on his luck ex-con. Forced to collect debts and do the dirty jobs for unscrupulous businessman Anawalt (Rea) Boots finally is given the chance to pay off his debt with one big job. But, with a corrupt policeman (Jones) on his trail bent on revenge; will Boots be able to go through with the murder, and just who, exactly, is employing him to do it ?
