The Sims 2 - Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to all Orange Personal Communications Services Limited (“Orange”) customers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Orange and EA, its agents or their families and any company associated with this competition.
  2. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules.
  3. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  4. To enter simply download the Sims mobile game from Orange World. Only one entry will be accepted per person. All entries must be submitted by 12 midnight on 31/11/2006. No purchase necessary. The cost of using WAP will be dependent on your service plan.
  5. To be entered into the competition free of charge, please send a postcard in a sealed envelope with your name and address to the Sims competition, Orange PCS, PB-01-159, 37 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1AG
  6. The competition will run from 1/10/2006 to 31/11/2006. The first entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries will be the prize winner. The winner will be drawn on 4/12/2006 and notified within 5 days. The prize draw will be attended by an independent observer.
  7. If the winners cannot be contacted within the above times, alternative winners will be chosen from all correct and eligible entries.
  8. Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.
  9. One winner will receive the main 'Prize' which is limo pick up from anywhere in the UK, one nights' stay in the City for one person, a Personal Shopper for the day (optional) and £1000 to spend.
  10. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the prize. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
  11. Orange’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Orange reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
  13. The prize winner may be required to participate in some publicity.
  14. If the winner has a pay as you go phone which has since been sold on, Orange may, at its discretion, either award the prize to the current user of the pay as you go phone, or select another winner from the entries.
  15. If the winner is not the account holder, the prize will be awarded to the registered account holder of the phone.
