Depending on your phone, there are three ways to add photos to your online album. Find out which way works best for your phone.

What happens if I change my phone number or SIM number?
Your phone number is the key to getting into your album. If you change your mobile number, then to get into your album you’ll need to use the email address you used when you first registered your online album. Go to your online album and change your details so your email address login is linked with your new mobile number. If your new mobile number isn’t an Orange one, you’ll also need to change your Orange sign in details at Orange.co.uk.

I have been incorrectly charged. What can I do?
If you’ve been incorrectly charged for a Photography bundle or photo message just call Orange (150 Pay Monthly and 450 Pay As You Go). For all other incorrect costs just get in touch with Photbox’s customer services on 08704281072.

How do I stop getting emails from Orange?
You will only be receiving emails from PhotoBox, the company who power our online album service. You won’t be getting any Orange specific emails about this service.

How do I stop getting emails from Photobox?
Go into your online album and change the settings on your profile to not receive promotional material.

I don’t have a compatible phone. How can I upload my photos to the online album?
The best way for you to upload photos is to send them from your phone to Orange Photos, your online album, via photo message to 25286.

How do I change the settings that prevent uploading photos while roaming?
You’ll only find this feature on selected Nokia phones. Its default is switched to ‘Home Network only’, which means that uploads do not occur while abroad. You can change it by:
  1. clicking on ‘options’
  2. selecting ‘settings’
  3. selecting ‘upload/update settings’
  4. either choose ‘Home network only’ (default) or ‘Anywhere’
  5. finally, just confirm your choice

If I don’t have the Orange Photography application, can I still view my album on my phone?
Yes, this is an existing feature on the online album. When you give us your mobile number, within your online album(s), we can send you a WAP push to your phone.

What happens if I lose network coverage while uploading my photos to the online album?
Don’t worry, the Orange Photography application manages the connection across the network, so it will resume your upload once you’re back in coverage. Dependant on your phone this may happen in the background, on JAVA phones you might be asked if you’d like to continue.

If I don’t choose a Photography bundle, can I use other data bundles (e.g. Orange World Access 4) for the data upload?
Yes, you can use other data bundles with the online album.

It’s taking a long time to upload my photos. What should I expect?
It all depends on whether you’re using GPRS or 3G, the level of coverage you’ve got and the resolution of the photograph. The range of times varies, but in good coverage with a 2 megapixel picture, it should take around 3−5 minutes.

What happens if I forget my online album password?
Don’t panic, just visit Orange.co.uk and go to Your Account sign−in. Then follow the ‘forgotten your password’ link.

If I don’t have a Photography 30 bundle, how much will it cost to upload photos?
If you’re using the Orange Photography application to upload photos you’ll be charged at the standard data rates.

What if I already have a Photobox album? Do I need to register again?
If you already have a PhotoBox album, there’s no need to register again.

Can I share my album with anyone, regardless of whether they are an Orange customer?
Yes, you can share your album online, (powered by Photobox), by inviting friends and family to view your online album.

Can I only store photos on my album that I have taken on my phone?
No, you can also store photos taken on your digital camera and any that your friends share with you.

Is there a limit to how many photos I can upload?
Your online album has a 200MB limit.

Once the photos are on my album can I get them back onto my phone?
Remember, you’re only copying pictures from your phone to the online album − they don’t leave your phone unless you delete them via the gallery. So don’t delete photos from your phone if you want to keep them there.
