Pay Monthly Terms

1. Photography bundles are available on all Orange pay monthly Service Plans and are for use with Multimedia Messaging (MMS) capable phones and a "selected range" of new and existing phones. Photography bundles are available for use with Line 1 only and are not available on Line 2.

3. Photography 30 provides customers with a free Orange photo album, the ability to send or upload photos to your Orange photo album straight from your phone and 30 Photo Messages per month.
4. Customers using a phone which is MMS capable, but not one of the "selected range", may send their photos as an MMS to their Orange photo album. Each photo sent will decrement your inclusive Photo Messages.
5. Customers using one of the "selected range" of new and existing phones may download the Photography application and upload unlimited, full quality photos to their Orange photo album. Unlimited upload of photos to your Orange photo album is subject to storage space being available in your Orange photo album.
6. Unlimited upload to your Orange photo album is only available on a "selected range" of phones with the Photography 30 bundle and is for use within the UK only. If you are intending to upload or send Photos whilst abroad we recommend that you check the international data charges for your tariff before using the service from abroad.
7. Customers with one of the "selected range" of phones can browse their Orange photo album on wap as part of the Photography bundle.
8. Orange will automatically update the Photography application as new functionality becomes available. There will be a small data transfer charge of approximately 1p per month as a result.
9. Customers using a phone from the selected range will be charged a connection fee of 1p each time they upload photos or browse the wap album for a continuous period.
10. If you have not tried a try Photography or try Photo Messaging bundle before you can try Photography 30 free for one month, subject to the try terms and conditions which may be viewed at www.orange.co.uk/try. After one month you will be automatically placed on a monthly subscription for the Photography 30 bundle.
11. Subject to clause 5, once you have used your inclusive Photo Messages, or if you do not purchase a bundle, you will be charged at your standard service plan rates for sending and/or uploading Photo Messages including data charges for uploading photos.
12. You may request to cancel or change your Photography Bundle at any time by giving at least five days' notice before your billing date and any change will take effect from your next billing date.
13. Unused Photo Messages do not roll over.
14. Your use of the Photography application is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions of Orange Photography and may be amended from time to time. These terms are made available to you at the time of activation of the application. By activating the Photography application you agree to comply with Orange Photography terms.
15. The use of the free online album is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions of Photobox. If you leave Orange, you may still keep your album however use of the Photography application or the Photography bundles will cease.
16. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Photography bundles at any time after giving reasonable notice.
17. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can also be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for the Supply of the Orange Network Services, the latter will prevail.
