- This offer is available to residential customers and small business customers with up to 49 employees, on either a pay monthly or pay as you go tariff.
- Existing Orange customers will only be eligible to trial a product or service if they have not previously used that product or service.
- Customers connecting to Orange for the first time can select any of the trial bundles. The provision of some products may be subject to status or handset dependent.
- Customers are only entitled to trial one product for free at any one time.
- Customers can only have a free trial of a product once.
- It may take up to 72 hours for the free trial product or service to be added to your account.
- Customers will be charged their standard Service Plan rate for usage outside the free allocation.
- For Photo Messaging, only single photo messages of under 50kb will be deducted from the Photo Messaging Try bundle. Should a customer send multiple photos in the same photo message on pay monthly these will be charged at 50p. A photo message of 50kb or more on pay as you go will be charged at 50p per message.
- Pay as you go video messages of 50kb or more will be deductible from the Try Video Messaging bundle. Video messages under 50kb will be charged at 30p per message.
- For pay monthly customers, all free trial bundles are valid for one month.
- For pay as you go customers all free trial bundles are valid for 30 days, apart from text alerts, which are valid for a one month period.
- Pay monthly customers will automatically roll onto a chargeable bundle for the selected product at the end of the trial period, where a chargeable bundle exists. Customers will have the option of cancelling the chargeable subscription at any time by calling Orange Customer Services on 150 if you are a pay monthly customer or 345 if you are a Small Business Customer.
- For pay as you go customers, all usage post the trial period will be on a pay as you consume basis (with the exception of text alerts: see point 14).
- For both pay monthly and pay as you go customers free trials of text alerts will roll automatically into a chargeable subscription. This can be cancelled at any time by sending a message to 177 stating the name of the alert e.g. WEATHER followed by MONTH OFF.
- Should a customer not have used all of their free allocation at the end of the free trial period, any credit remaining on the trial bundle will be lost.
- Refunds are not available on free trials.
- Customers are not entitled to have a chargeable and a free trial bundle of the same product running concurrently e.g. if a customer has a text trial bundle on their account they will not be permitted to also take a chargeable Text Messaging bundle of any size and vice versa.
- Only the account leader is eligible to have bundles applied on a Talk Share Service Plan and bundle will be used on a first come first serve basis.
- The following exclusions apply:Customers on ED50, Use and Pay and Business Together Plans cannot have a free trial of Text Messaging.Virgin OVP are excluded from all free trial bundles except Orange World (wap), calling from abroad and calling abroad from the UK.Customers on the Data only Service Plan can not trial an Orange World (wap) bundle. Pay as you go customers on Text Saver or Orange out here cannot have a free trial of Text Messaging.
- Pay monthly customers wishing to trial calling from abroad must be set up to make calls from abroad. Connection to this additional service is subject to status.
- For Customers on Talk 1800−10,000, Your Plan for Business 2000−10,000, Use and Pay and Business Together Service plans, who acquire a Try roaming bundle by calling 150 or 345 Customer Services, only calls received or made back to the UK while in Europe 1 countries, will be included within the trial bundle. All other calls will be chargeable at the standard roaming rates.
- Pay as you go customers must be in credit to be eligible to use a free trial once the bundle has been applied to their account.
- Orange reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions on providing reasonable notice to you.
- Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services for pay monthly customers or the Terms and Conditions for the supply of Orange pay as you go services for pay as you go customers. Copies of these Terms and Conditions can be found at the back of the user guide supplied with your phone.
