- 1. The Orange Direct Plans are available from 1st September 2005 and apply to new and existing customers on these terms, subject to the additional “Our Customers First” terms set out below.
- 2. Customers on Business Plans, line 2, or Family accounts are not eligible for the Orange Direct Plan.
- 3. The Orange Direct Plans are available to new connections or upgrades to existing customers on an Orange handset via the orange shop online (www.orange.co.uk/shop) or the telesales channel.
- 4. Connection is subject to status and a 12 month minimum contract, or as otherwise set out in the additional terms below
- 5. The Orange Direct Plans are not available in conjunction with other Orange promotions unless stated otherwise, or Customer Service Plan discounts or bundles. These will be removed from your account when you opt for the Promotion.
- 6. Minutes can be used in the UK for standard calls to UK landlines and to any UK mobile network.
- 7. The inclusive text messages can only be used to send standard person to person text messages to any UK mobile phone network whilst you are in the UK.
- 8. There is no rollover on the inclusive minutes or texts.
- 9. In addition to calling 150, customer services can be contacted for free using the secure email facility on−line in the ‘Your Account’ area at www.orange.co.uk/youraccount.
- 10. To be eligible for these Orange Direct Plans, customers must pay by Direct Debit payment.
- 11. By selecting an Orange Direct Plan, the standard account default is to a paperless bill. You will not receive a paper bill but you will be able to view your bill on−line. You will be provided with details on how to manage your account on−line when you join Orange on a Direct Service Plan.
- 12. Should you wish to receive a paper bill, an additional monthly charge of £1 will be added to your bill..
- 13. Orange reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions on giving reasonable notice or to replace or amend these tariffs with a suitable alternative if necessary.
- 14. If your account is terminated for any reason or you migrate to a non−eligible Service Plan you will cease to be eligible for the Orange Direct Plan.
