Any subscription to a mobile TV pack is a monthly subscription, so if you want to cancel just text OTV STOP to 247 or click on the cancel subscription link on the Your TV account page, reached via the mobile TV homepage. Because it's billed on a monthly basis you won't receive credit for unused days when you unsubscribe, but you can keep using mobile TV until your subscription expires.
