You can subscribe on your phone by going to the TV and Video section on Orange World. Once you've done that, simply visit the mobile TV homepage in TV and Video then click on a channel to start watching.
- mobile TV isn't working properly. What's wrong?
- For mobile TV to work, you need to have 3G coverage. Check your phone is displaying the 3G icon.
- How do I change channels?
- You can go straight to a range of channels from the mobile TV homepage. If you want to stop watching one channel and start watching another, press the 'stop' button and then go back to the mobile TV menu, where you can choose another channel.
- Why are there sometimes short breaks in the sound or picture?
- mobile TV delivers TV content to your phone over cellular networks, which are interrupted now and again. So you might occasionally get short breaks in the sound or picture as a result of normal network traffic, in the same way calls are occasionally interrupted. This is normal, and should quickly recover.
- Why does my screen suddenly turn dark?

This is part of your phone's energy-saving settings - if you haven't pressed any keys for a while, it turns off your screen's backlight. To keep the backlight on, you just need to alter your phone's display settings:
- select Tools and choose Settings
- choose Phone and select Light time out
- press Options and then Change
- Why does mobile TV time-out?
- For your convenience mobile TV automatically times out after 15 minutes. To resume watching just click on a channel.
- Will I still get incoming calls and messages if I'm watching TV on my phone?
- Yes. If somebody calls you while you're watching mobile TV, the programme will pause so you can take the call. messages are received in the usual way, without disrupting your viewing experience.
