Entreprenation
What is it that makes entrepreneurialism alive and well across Britain – money, commercial success, ability to grow a business?
The recent Orange Entreprenation report investigated the current state of entrepreneurialism in the UK and found that the main driver for the next generation of entrepreneurs to set up their business is the pursuit of happiness. The report also highlighted that the lure of a flexible lifestyle and being the master of their own destiny appeals to the new and emerging breed of social entrepreneurs. The report begins to highlight that, whilst entrepreneurs are still driven by lofty goals, perhaps these goals are slowly changing.
The importance of entrepreneurs as contributors to the economy, as creators of jobs and drivers of innovation and change is not to be underestimated. To find out if we really are a nation of entrepreneurs, download the full Orange Entreprenation report.
