Marketing

Our marketing specialists developed a refreshingly different way of talking to customers - a straightforward, everyday language that highlights the benefits of our products, rather than the technology behind them. And they're still bringing it to life on TV, online, in posters, via email, by post and all kinds of other engaging ways.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources team might cover all kinds of different areas and disciplines, but they enjoy a shared vision: to bring the right people to Orange and keep them motivated so they stay with us. It all sounds very straightforward, but when you think that they look after over 12,000 people in the UK alone, you start to get an idea of the scale of our responsibilities.

Finance

The Finance team don't simply do the numbers. They challenge our business so we can hit our targets and grow. It's a brief that calls for a variety of skills and expertise. We have a team that focuses on financial management and operations. And others that specialise in commercial and consumer, customer billing and payments, IT & networks and home (broadband and beyond).

Legal

Our Legal department has three broad areas. Commercial legal services provides pragmatic advice and analysis relating to all trading operations, from contract issues to intellectual property. Property legal services deals with anything that relates to our physical infrastructure. And our Regulatory team deals specifically with telecoms regulations, codes of practice and licensing.
