Answer some simple questions and you can find out how experienced you are at using the internet. We call this your 'internet age'.
Your 'internet age' is made up of a number of elements: the amount of time you spend online, what you do, how often you do it and how good you are (or think you are) - all of these affect your 'internet age.'
Some of the questions are about how you use the internet and what kind of information you give out to different people. Other questions are about your online experiences, and how you've enjoyed them (or not).
Given the internet has been around for 16 years (since August 1991 according to wikipedia), our scale runs from 0-16. A 'net newbie' will have an internet age of 1 whereas a 'virtual veteran' will have an internet age of 16.
It's very simple. Just take a few minutes to answer the questions. There's no right answer, no 'ideal' age - but you may want to see how you compare to your mum, best mate, school friend or work colleague. The questionnaire is voluntary and you can leave at any time.
The information from the questionnaire will help us understand how people use the internet. It’s part of a wider piece of research to help us educate future users about how to use the internet more safely and responsibly.
This questionnaire has been developed by Orange and researchers from the Cyberspace Research Unit at the University of Central Lancashire.
Your answers to this questionnaire are completely confidential. All data will be stored securely in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws.
You certainly can (as long as you’re over 16 years old). We've got some really good prizes up for grabs, from laptops to cruises around the Med.
Once you've finished the questionnaire, just tell us your email address and we'll email you after the prize draw to let you know if you've won (and don't worry, we won't bombard you with unwanted emails afterwards).

You must be aged 13 or over to take part in the questionnaire and 16 or over to enter the prize draw.
