Terms and Conditions

  1. The questionnaire is open to those aged 13 and over and the prize draw is open to those 16 and over.
  2. Orange reserves the right to request proof of age at the prize draw stage if a respondent is believed to be under 16. Consent from a parent or guardian may be required in order for winners aged 16 or 17 to claim prizes.
  3. Orange reserves the right to contact a parent or guardian if a respondent is believed to be under 16.
  4. Prize Draw Promoter: The promoter of this Prize Draw is Orange Personal Communications Services Limited, St James Court, Great Park Road, Almondsbury Park, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4QJ (“Orange”).
  5. Promotion Period: The Prize Draw will run from 10 March – 30 June 2008.
  6. Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open only to those aged 16 and over who complete the questionnaire and give email their address. Employees of Orange and its parent and affiliate companies, and their suppliers, as well as their family and household members are not eligible.
  7. Prize: 54 winners will receive 1 prize each. Orange reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value (subject to applicable legal or regulatory limitations) if the prizes should become unavailable for any reason.
  8. How to Enter: To enter the Prize Draw entrants must send their email address during the Promotion Period to Orange via the my internet age questionnaire. Entrants may only enter the Prize Draw once. The winners will be chosen by a random draw from all those who have sent their email address in the Promotion Period.
  9. The submission of any entry shall be deemed to indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  10. The winners will be notified by email to the address they have supplied after the close of the Prize Draw.
  11. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to respond to the email within 30 days, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize, and Orange will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random draw from all eligible entries.
  12. Prizes will be received 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. Holidays can be taken up to and including 16 December 2008. Winners must hold a valid passport.
  13. Orange reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Orange’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Prize Draw in its sole discretion.
  14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the winners’ or entrants’ statutory rights as a consumer.
