Our flexible working and holiday policies are designed to make sure employees have a good work/life balance and our leave policies support them to take time out when they need it. We provide diversity training and support employees through ECON, our employee consultation forum. We work closely with networks set up by our employees, like the Muslim and Christian Union interest groups, to make sure we're meeting their needs.

For our customers, it's about making sure our products and services are designed to be accessible to everyone and meet the needs of a modern multicultural society. We strive to operate as an ethical business, aiming to partner with other organisations who share our values.

We regularly measure how well we're doing in maintaining diversity and to improve our performance we work closely with key partners. They advise us on equality in the workplace for women, disabled people and ethnic minorities, how to support working families and promoting inclusiveness for everyone regardless of age, ethnic background or gender identity.
