Orange pay as you go "£30 free credit" Port In Promotion

  • This "£30 free credit" port in promotion ("the Promotion") is only available to new Orange pay as you go customers.
  • To subscribe to the Promotion you must call 0870 870 8888 and bring your non-Orange UK mobile number to Orange. In order to bring your mobile number to Orange you have to obtain a PAC code from your existing network provider.
  • The Promotion is £10 free credit (which can be used for calls or texts) when you top up by a minimum of £10 within one calendar month. Promotion is available for a period of 3 months, subject to the required monthly top-up being applied.
  • The Promotion will run from 01/07/10 to 01/10/10.
  • The £10 Credit will be applied to the account within a maximum of 14 working days from the porting date given to the customer during the porting process.
  • If you qualify for the Promotion, you will be sent a text message to confirm that the £10 free credit has been applied to your account.
  • The £10 free credit is valid for one calendar month from the point of application. Unused credit will not roll over to the subsequent month.
  • The Promotion enables you to port to Orange any non-Orange mobile number that you have, and receive £10 free credit. The Promotion is only available to UK residents and is limited to 4 £10 free credits per household. Orange reserves the right to disconnect the SIM if it believes that the £10 free credit is being or is to be used in breach of this provision.
  • If you no longer have an Orange phone there may be a charge to unlock your non-Orange phone.
  • Texts are standard person to person messages to Orange mobiles within the UK. All other texts will be charged at standard rates.
  • Calls are calls to UK landlines and UK mobile numbers from within the UK. All other calls will be charged at standard rates.
  • Customers who take up this Promotion will not be excluded from the benefit of any Animal Reward which requires a monthly minimum top up.
  • The Promotion is not available with any other offer and/or promotion unless otherwise specified.
  • Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Promotion at any time upon reasonable notice.
  • Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange pay as you go services, copies of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
