If you have an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or web-based email account like Yahoo!®, Google Mail®, Tiscali® etc, these solutions will suit you best:

  • BlackBerry® Internet Service

    Quick and easy to set up and use, even for the less tech savvy of us, this BlackBerry mobile email service is ideal for smaller businesses and busy people who use email a lot. You will need a BlackBerry and a web based email address like Google Mail or Yahoo® Mail, or an Internet Service Provider account like BT® or AOL®.

  • BlackBerry® Enterprise Server

    If your business has over 30 users, your own email server and an existing IT infrastructure, BlackBerry Enterprise Server can give your entire workforce email on the move, along with secure access to your databases and corporate applications.

    It integrates with a wide range of email servers and, because it works with your existing IT infrastructure so you don’t need to spend more on IT hardware.

    • integrates with Microsoft Exchange®, Novell® Groupwise®, and Lotus® Domino™, so it fits easily with your business
    • you can send and receive emails, and view email attachments like JPEG, BMP, TIFF, Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe® PDF
    • users will be able to access the global address book so they can look up contact information from your company's directory
    • fully complies with secure data transmission and protection standards. It also achieves Common Criteria Certification using Triple DES and/or AES encryption

    BlackBerry offers low-risk, fixed-cost pricing to help you budget on a monthly basis. It's £35 per user per month for unlimited access (200MB fair use clause). There will also be a cost of installation including a server, licenses and BlackBerry compatible devices.

    BlackBerry Enterprise Server also offers tailored, fixed international pricing. For £18 per month you can have unlimited roaming data usage (7MB fair use clause).

    All prices exclude VAT and are for data usage within the UK only unless otherwise specified. With our fair usage policy we won't charge you for exceeding the limit subject to fair usage terms and conditions.

  • BlackBerry® Professional Software

    If your business has its own email server, and 1-30 users, this could be the perfect solution for you. It gives you access to your email and the internet, calendar and address list information, as well as databases and corporate applications.

    BlackBerry Professional Software installs on your Microsoft Exchange or IBM Lotus® Domino® email servers. So if you use these servers, you won’t need any extra hardware.

    If you run Novell Groupwise® servers, BlackBerry Professional Software isn’t yet available, but you can use BlackBerry Enterprise Server – Small Business Edition.

  • Microsoft® Mail from Orange

    If you, or the company that provides your hosted email, are already using Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2 or Microsoft Exchange 2007, and you have compatible mobile devices then you can probably start using mobile email now with virtually no cost of installation and no need to configure and integrate new systems.

    Windows Mobile® also has the advantage that employees are likely to be familiar with the look and functionality of the software meaning they will be able to learn how to use mobile email quickly and with little training.

    You can send email to your company mobiles by changing the settings on your Exchange server so mail is forwarded on to your Windows Mobile handsets.
