Love your Number - 10% Loyalty Offer
  1. This Love your Number - free 10% loyalty offer ("the Promotion") is only available to selected Orange pay as you go customers moving to an Orange pay monthly package via selected channels.
  2. The Promotion is 10% discount off your monthly line rental for your contract term. This will be available from 01/06/2007 to 31/07/2007.
  3. Customers must have been Orange pay as you go customers for a minimum of 6 months to receive the offer and take their pay as you go phone number with them.
  4. At the end of your minimum contract term you will be able to either select another Our Customers First Promotion or to increase the discount off your monthly line rental by 5% for your next minimum contract term, subject to a maximum of 25% discount off your monthly line rental. Any additional line rental discount will apply from your next bill date.
  5. Customers selecting another Our Customers First Promotion at the end of their minimum contract term will continue to be entitled to receive 10% discount off their monthly line rental.
  6. Connection is subject to status and an 18 month minimum contract.
  7. Customers on Business tariffs, line 2, sharers on a sharer service plan, OVP Virgin and Boxed & Ready are not eligible for the Promotion.
  8. If your account is terminated for any reason or you migrate to a non-eligible tariff you will cease to be eligible for the Promotion.
  9. Orange reserves the right to replace or amend this Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time on reasonable notice.
  10. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services and Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange pay as you go services,] copies of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
