Orange Perk Terms and Conditions
  1. Orange Perk ("the Promotion") is only available to employees of eligible Corporate customers and up to 4 of their friends and family.
  2. Offer limited to a maximum of 5 connections per employee. Subject to status and minimum term 18 month contract.
  3. To be eligible for The Promotion customers must supply documentation from their company proving their employment in the form of a payslip from the last 2 months.
  4. Friends and/or family members must accompany the eligible customer to the Retail Store to benefit from the Promotion.
  5. Pay monthly (10% off monthly line rental): The Promotion runs for the life of your contract and will be applied to your account on your first billing date. Promotion available on Orange animal packages to eligible customers. The 10% discount is subject to a minimum 18 month contract and is not available on OVP talk plans, promotional bundles, Talkshare, Direct talk plans, Web talk plans, iPhone plans or SIM Only. Promotion open to new connections and existing eligible Orange customers who have completed their minimum contract term and are on or choose to move to an eligible talk plan. If you are on, or switch to, a talk plan outside of the Promotion you will not receive or will lose entitlement to the discount. Discounts are based on the advertised price of the animal packages and phone prices may vary according to the animal package you select.
  6. Mobile broadband (10% off monthly price): The Promotion runs for the life of your contract and will be applied to your account on your first billing date. The 10% discount is subject to a minimum 18 month contract and is not available with any other promotion. Promotion open to new connections and existing eligible Orange customers who have completed their minimum term and are on or choose to move to an eligible mobile broadband package. If you are on, or switch to, a talk plan outside of the Promotion you will not receive or will lose entitlement of the discount. Discounts are based on the advertised price of the mobile broadband packages.
  7. Pay as you go (£20 handset discount): The Promotion is available to new eligible customers joining Orange pay as you go and purchasing a new phone with a value of £30 or over or to existing eligible customers upgrading their phone to a handset with a value of £30 or above. The Promotion is offered subject to a minimum £10 top-up or as specified on selected handsets instore. The discount will be applied instore at point of purchase. Phone prices and airtime credit are as advertised in the Orange shop.
  8. The Promotion is not available with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise specified.
  9. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw this Promotion at any time upon reasonable notice.
  10. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services and Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange pay as you go services, copies of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone user guide or SIM pack. Mobile broadband is subject to the Internet Everywhere Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.orange.co.uk/terms. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
