Having Problems sending and receiving messages? Follow our step by step guide:
1: Are you in coverage?
    a. Photo and Video messaging uses our GPRS network. This is different from the standard voice network coverage and may not be as wide as you're used to.
    b. Most phones show a G or GPRS when they connect to it
2: Is it in your outbox?
    a. When you've composed your message and pressed send it may not go immediately. Your phone will wait until it can make a GPRS connection and then send the message.
3: Have you got the right settings?
    a. All Orange phones come ready to use with the right photo messaging settings(and video messaging settings, if you have a video messaging phone). If you've had problems they might need to be reset..
    b. We can help with this by sending the correct settings to your phone
4: Is it an Orange phone?
    a. If your phone started life on another network, it should be able to send photo messages (and video messages if you have a video messaging phone) with Orange. However, you will need to get the Orange settings on your phone. See question 3, we can send them to you
5: Still not working?
    a. It's not just your phone that needs to be set up, your account does too. Sometimes we may not think that you have an MMS capable phone, and therefore mms won't be on your account. If you still can't send or receive mms, then call Orange customer services.
