The internet has made it possible for everyone to publish anything they want, and make it available to anyone with online access. Unfortunately, as well as being used for the right reasons, it is open to abuse.

Nowadays with web 2.0, ‘user-content’ sites like MySpace allow people to quickly and easily upload words, photos and video to web pages.

However, user content sites also give bullies the opportunity to upload malicious or spiteful words or video, and potentially embarrassing information, about other people.
