Extras - general
Extras are available to all Orange pay as you go customers with sufficient airtime credit on their pay as you go account.
|
|
|
| 1. |
You may purchase a maximum of 3 Extras to be active on your account at any one time (subject to availability). These will be charged to the then current airtime balance on your Orange Pay As You Go account upon purchase.
|
|
| 2. |
Please ensure you have adequate airtime credit on your Pay As You Go account to pay for your Extra. If we are, for whatever reason, unable to debit your account then Orange will be unable to apply the Extra to your Pay As You Go account.
|
|
| 3. |
Extras will be applied to your account at time of purchase and will remain active for the duration of the Extra or until the Extra runs out, whichever is sooner. The duration of Extras is:
|
a. |
Daily Extras - until 23:59:59 on day of purchase
|
|
b. |
Weekend Extras - 7pm Friday to 7am Monday
|
|
c. |
Weekly Extras - seven days from time of purchase ending at 23:59:59 on final active day
|
|
d. |
Monthly Extras - one calendar month from time of purchase ending at 23:59:59 on final active day
|
|
e. |
3 Months Extras - Three calendar months from time of purchase ending at 23:59:59 on final active day
|
|
|
| 4. |
Full details of each Extra and their prices can be found in store or by calling Customer Services on 450. All prices include VAT.
|
|
| 5. |
Some Extras are subject to handset capability. You are advised to check your handset capability before purchasing Extras.
|
|
| 6. |
You will be notified by text message to confirm that your Extra has been applied to your account.
|
|
| 7. |
Once applied to your account, no amendments can be made to the Extra you have purchased.
|
|
| 8. |
Extras cannot be transferred between accounts or mobile numbers.
|
|
| 9. |
You will be charged at standard Orange Pay As You Go Service Plan rates for usage outside the Extra allocation.
|
|
| 10. |
Any allocation remaining at the time the Extra expires will not roll over.
|
|
| 11. |
If you access your two free reserve calls whilst you have an Extra, your Extra will be barred until you top-up.
|
|
| 12. |
Orange and land line calls are limited to UK calls to Orange mobiles and UK land lines.
|
|
| 13. |
If you have a 'Calls to Orange customers and landlines' Extra and a 'Calls to mobiles and landlines in the UK' Extra on your account at the same time, you will always be charged from the latter before you are charged from the former.
|
|
| 14. |
Video calls are video calls made to 3G mobile phones within the UK.
|
|
| 15. |
Messaging Extras can only be used to send standard person to person messages to any UK mobile network whilst in the UK. Unless you have a Travel Text Extra.
|
|
| 16. |
Photo messaging allows single photo messages of under 50kb. Multiple photos and photo messages over 50kb will be charged at standard photo messaging rates.
|
|
| 17. |
Any calls or texts made to phones outside the UK or from abroad will be charged at standard international rates or at standard roaming rates unless you have an International Calling Extra.
|
|
| 18. |
Eastern European calling Extras are available to call mobiles and landlines in Albania, Croatia, Serbia, Andorra, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Norway, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Romania
|
|
| 19. |
Evening calls must be made between 7pm and 7am
|
|
| 20. |
Weekend calls must be made between 7pm Friday and midnight Sunday.
|
|
| 21. |
By purchasing an Extra you are deemed to have accepted both these Orange Extras general terms and conditions and the relevant Extra specific terms and conditions.
|
|
| 22. |
If your account or mobile number is terminated, suspended or barred for whatever reason you will not be able to use the Extra. No refund of unused Extras will be given.
|
|
| 23. |
Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or Orange Extras at any time on reasonable notice to you.
|
|
| 24. |
Service is subject to the Terms and Conditions for the supply of Orange pay as you go Services, a copy of which can be found at www.orange.co.uk or at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between the Orange Extras Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of Orange pay as you go Services the latter will prevail.

Orange World Access 4
|
|
| 1. |
Orange World Access 4 provides 4 megabytes GPRS (general Internet) or 160 minutes CSD access to Orange World for £4.
|

| 2. |
You have one calendar month from application to your account in which to use your GPRS or CSD allowance. Any GPRS or CSD use over the allowance set out above will be charged at your standard rate.
|
|
| 3. |
Orange World Access Daily can only be used in the UK. Any GPRS or CSD use outside of the UK will be charged at the relevant current international rates.
|
|
|
| 4. |

| Orange World Access Daily
|
|
| 1. |
Orange World Access Daily provides up to one day's unlimited browsing for £1.

| 3. |
Orange World Access Daily is not available on 3G phones.
|
|
| 4. |

| Orange World Access Daily 3G
|
|
| 1. |
The Offer is an Orange World Access Daily Extra ('the Extra') which is available to new and existing Pay-as-you-Go Orange customers with 3G phones between 1st June 2006 and 31st August 2006

| 2. |
The Extra provides up to one day's unlimited browsing for £1 subject to clause 3 below.
|
|
| 3. |
To ensure the fair allocation of network resources for all customers the Extra is subject at all times to a fair usage level of 25Mb per day and is not to be used for other activities such as modem access for computers, non-Orange internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, instant messaging, peer to peer file sharing, non-Orange internet based video. Should the customer exceed this limit or if such use is detected, notice may be given and Network protection controls may be applied to all services which Orange does not believe constitutes mobile browsing. This may result in actions such as the inability to purchase the Extra on future occasions, a reduced speed of transmission, and at the discretion of Orange, suspension of account

| 4. |
The Extra can only be used in the UK. Any 3G, GPRS or CSD use outside of the UK will be charged at the relevant current international rates.
|
|
| 5. |
The Extra does not include event charges such as for ringtones or games (although transport costs for these events are included).
|
|
| 6. |

| 7. |
Usage of data within the Extra will not contribute to any rewards or promotions that are available.
|

E-Voucher Extras - Terms and Conditions
|
1. |
If for any reason we are unable to apply an E-Voucher Extra to your account, airtime credit to the amount you paid for the Extra will be applied to your account and you will be notified of this. |

Once you have redeemed an e-voucher Extra it will be valid only for the relevant period specified in Condition 3 of the General Terms and Conditions for all Orange Extras. |

Travel Text Extras - Terms and Conditions

1. |
Travel Text Extra allows you to text between Countries in Ireland, Europe 1 and Orange Country Zones and from those Countries to the UK whilst abroad. It does not include texts from the UK to abroad |

2. |
Text messages are standard person to person text messages only and do not include photo or multi-media messages. |
|
3. |
The Countries in Ireland, Europe 1 and Orange Country Zones can be viewed at www.orange.co.uk/abroad |
|
4. |
Roaming and texting abroad is subject to phone compatibility and activation of the roaming facility on your phone. |
