Free Evening Calls
  1. Free Evening Calls (the “Offer”) has been available on four occasions and your particular Offer will last for either 2 or 5 years (from the date of application and subject to a £10 minimum monthly top-up) depending on when you joined the Offer:

    Christmas 2005 (1 Oct 05 - 31 Dec 05) 5 year duration
    Summer 2006 (8 May 06 - 30 Jun 06) 2 year duration
    Christmas 2006 (1 Nov 06 - 31 Jan 07) 2 year duration
    Offered by Orange (2007 onwards) 2 year duration
  2. If you currently have a pay as you go Offer, your new Free Evening Calls Offer will take your existing Analysis Date. Any top-ups that count towards your existing Offer will also be considered for your new Offer.
  3. If you do not currently have an Offer, your top-ups over the previous 30 days will be taken into consideration. If this Accumulated Amount is £10 or greater, you will receive the appropriate Reward/s within 72 hours and the Offer will move onto Monthly Analysis. If this Accumulated Amount is less than £10, you will not receive any Reward/s and your Offer will move onto Daily Analysis.
  4. When in Daily Analysis, once your Accumulated Amount reaches a minimum of £10, the appropriate Reward/s will be provisioned within 72 hours, your Analysis Date will be reset to one month in the future and the Offer will go onto Monthly Analysis.
  5. When in Monthly Analysis, all top ups made during the Monthly Analysis Period will be analysed on the Analysis Date and the appropriate Reward/s will be provisioned within 72 hours.
  6. If you do not qualify for your Reward/s on your Analysis Date, no Reward/s will be given and the Offer will move onto Daily Analysis.
  7. If the Analysis Date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, the Analysis Date will be set to the 28th.
  8. Your Accumulated Amount will be reset to zero on each Analysis Date.
  9. Orange will inform you by text when you qualify for your Reward/s.
  10. Any Reward/s you may have earned prior to joining the Offer will remain on the account for the duration of their original reward period, except any Mob Mates or Magic Numbers Rewards you may have, which will be removed immediately.
  11. The Free Calls are available to use in the evening from 7.00pm until 11.59pm, from Monday to Sunday. Calls made outside of these periods will be charged at standard rates.
  12. The Free Calls include person to person calls to any other Orange mobile phone within the UK. All other calls will be charged at standard rates.
  13. The Offer is subject to a fair usage limit of 600 minutes per month. Once the limit of 600 minutes has been exceeded you will be charged at your standard service plan rates.
  14. The Offer is available in conjunction with all other Offers and promotions available prior to the start date of your particular Free Evening Calls Offer, except for Magic Numbers, Mob Mates, Call Abroad SIM, and all other Free Evening Calls promotions. The Offer will not be available in conjunction with Offers and promotions launched after this date, unless otherwise specified. Free credit received under any other promotion or Offer will not count towards the £10 minimum monthly top up.
  15. Voice Extras can be used in conjunction with the Offer. Voice calls to other mobile networks or UK landlines will be deducted from the Voice Extra. Voice calls to Orange mobiles will be deducted from the Voice Extra during the daytime and not deducted from a customer's Voice Extra in the evening during the promotional period.
  16. Orange reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Offer at any time on reasonable notice.
  17. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Pay as you go Services, the latter will prevail.
Terminology

Monthly Analysis - all top ups made during the Monthly Analysis Period are analysed on the Analysis Date and the appropriate Reward/s provisioned within 72 hours.

Monthly Analysis Period - the period of time during which customers' top ups will count towards the total Accumulated Amount. This period will run from 00.00.00 on your Analysis Date until 23.59.59 on the day before your next Analysis Date.

Daily Analysis - the customers Accumulated Amount is checked daily to determine if they receive a Reward, rather than waiting until the next monthly Analysis Date.

Accumulated Amount - the value of a customers accumulated top-ups that will be used to determine if the customer qualifies for a Reward.

Analysis Date - the date on which a customers Accumulated Amount is analysed to determine if they qualify for a Reward.
