pay as you go Monkey - Terms and Conditions - effective from 26 August 2010
  1. Monkey is open to all Orange Pay as You Go Customers. Existing customers moving to Monkey may not be able to return to their old tariff.
  2. By agreeing to these terms you consent to receiving messages and/or emails from us about our products and services as well as news, competitions and offers from brands we think you'll like. If you change your mind you can opt out at any time, however, we reserve the right to move you to another tariff.
  3. Any customer wishing to opt out of receiving communications about our partners products and services can do so at anytime by texting STOP to 20000. Opting out of these communications will not opt you out of all Orange marketing communications. To opt out of all Orange marketing communications, please call Customer Services on 450 from an Orange handset or 07973 100450 from any other phone.
  4. If you top up by £5 or more per month, you will receive the following rewards:

  6. You will be sent a free text message letting you know when your monthly rewards start.
  7. Free mobile internet - 2MB daily internet pass to be collected from Orange World - any usage over this will be charged at your standard network rate.
  8. Free texts - person to person texts in the UK.
  9. No rollover - unused benefits will not rollover to the next month.
  10. Free music - Unlimited free access online and 600 free minutes access on your mobile per month. After 600 minutes you will be charged at your standard network rate.

  1. Pay as You Go Animal Packages are open to all Orange Pay as You Go Customers. Existing customers moving to a Pay as You Go Animal Package may not be able to return to their old tariff.

  3. Where the Reward is dependent on monthly top-ups, you must top up by £10 or more per month
  4. The Rewards are as follows:

    ** NB if you take up the Racoon package you will lose your benefit to any other Orange offers, including but not limited to Magic Numbers, Bright Top Ups, Phone Fund and Reserve Tank.
  5. If you top-up by the minimum amount below, your monthly reward will be:

     £30 top-up  Unlimited texts and free internet access  300 free evening and weekend minutes plus 300 evening and weekend texts or photo messages* to UK mobiles  240 minutes of international calls

    *Free minutes, texts or photo messages can only be used in the evening and at weekends.
  6. You will be sent a free text message letting you know when your monthly rewards start.
  7. Free texts - person to person texts in the UK. Once the free texts have been used, you will be charged at standard service plan rates. Unused free texts will expire at the end of the monthly period. Unlimited free texts subject to fair usage policy of 3000 texts per month. Usage above this amount will constitute abuse and Orange may monitor usage and withdrawn the benefit from your account.
  8. Free evening and weekend minutes, texts and photo messages - calls and texts made between 7pm and 7am Monday to Friday and 7pm Friday to 7am Monday. Calls and texts are to UK mobiles only. All other calls and texts will be charged at standard rates.
  9. International calls - calls made from your mobile to mobiles and landlines in the countries listed at www.orange.co.uk/payasyougo
  10. No rollover - unused benefits will not rollover to the next month
  11. Free internet (mobile internet browsing) - usage is UK only and subject to a 100MB cap - any usage over this will be charged at standard rates. Orange considers 100MB sufficient for typical mobile internet browsing usage. It is insufficient for streaming of audio/video content, peer to peer file sharing or Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) calls and internet tethering. If customers do any of the above they should expect to exceed the 100MB cap and will be charged at standard data rates.

Terminology
Monthly Analysis - all top-ups made during the Monthly Analysis Period are analysed on the Analysis Date and the appropriate Reward/s provisioned within 72 hours.

Monthly Analysis Period - the period of time during which customers' top-ups will count towards the total Accumulated Amount. This period will run from 00.00.00 on your Analysis Date until 23.59.59 on the day before your next Analysis Date.

Daily Analysis - the customers Accumulated Amount is checked daily to determine if they receive a Reward, rather than waiting until the next monthly Analysis Date.

Accumulated Amount - the value of a customers accumulated top-ups that will be used to determine if the customer qualifies for a Reward.

Analysis Date - the date on which a customers Accumulated Amount is analysed to determine if they qualify for a Reward.
