3000 free evening and weekend texts (the "Offer") is available to:
specially selected, existing Orange pay as you go customers who are offered the Offer through Orange-originated SMS or direct mail customer communications.
If you currently have a pay as you go Offer, your new Offer will take your existing Analysis Date. Any top-ups that count towards your existing Offer will also be considered for your new Offer.
If you do not currently have an Offer, your top-ups over the previous 30 days will be taken into consideration. If this Accumulated Amount is £15 or greater, you will receive your Free Texts within 72 hours and the Offer will move onto Monthly Analysis. If this Accumulated Amount is less than £15, you will not receive any Free Texts and your Offer will move onto Daily Analysis.
When in Daily Analysis, once your Accumulated Amount reaches a minimum of £15, your Free Texts will be provisioned within 72 hours, your Analysis Date will be reset to one month in the future and the Offer will go onto Monthly Analysis.
When in Monthly Analysis, all top ups made during the Monthly Analysis Period will be analysed on the Analysis Date and the appropriate Free Texts will be provisioned within 72 hours.
If you do not qualify for your Free Texts on your Analysis Date, no Free Texts will be given and the Offer will move onto Daily Analysis.
Where you have either the Magic Numbers or Free Evening Calls Offer and you qualify for either of these Rewards, then that Offer will go onto Monthly Analysis. At the same time the Free Evening and Weekend Texts Offer will also go onto Monthly Analysis, regardless of whether you have qualified for the Free Evening and Weekend Texts Reward. The Accumulated Amount will be reset to zero for both Offers
If the Analysis Date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, the Analysis Date will be set to the 28th.
Your Accumulated Amount will be reset to zero on each Analysis Date.
Orange will inform you by text when you qualify for your Free Texts. Texts sent prior to receipt of a confirmation message will be charged at standard rates.
Any Reward/s you may have earned prior to joining the Offer will remain on the account for the duration of their original reward period, except any Mob Mates Rewards you may have, which will be removed immediately.
The Free Texts are available to use in the evening from 7pm until 7am and at the weekend from 7pm Friday until 7am Monday. Text messages sent outside of these periods will be charged at standard rates. Unused Free Texts will expire at the end of the Monthly Period.
The Free Texts include text messages sent as a standard person to person text message to any UK mobile phone network, whilst within the UK. All other text messages will be charged at their standard rates. Once the limit of 3000 text messages has been exceeded customers will be charged at standard service plan rates.
The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Offer or promotion, unless otherwise specified. If customers switch to another Offer or promotion the remaining portion of the Free Texts will remain on the account until the end of the Monthly Period. Customers may only change between Offers for which they are eligible once every 30 days.
Text Extras can be used in conjunction with the Offer. Texts will only be deducted from a Text Extra during the daytime and when Free Texts are not available for use.
Orange reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Offer at any time on reasonable notice.
Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Pay as you go Services, the latter will prevail.
Terminology
Monthly Analysis - all top ups made during the Monthly Analysis Period are analysed on the Analysis Date and the appropriate Reward/s provisioned within 72 hours.
Monthly Analysis Period - the period of time during which customers’ top ups will count towards the total Accumulated Amount. This period will run from 00.00.00 on your Analysis Date until 23.59.59 on the day before your next Analysis Date.
Daily Analysis - the customers Accumulated Amount is checked daily to determine if they receive a Reward, rather than waiting until the next monthly Analysis Date.
Accumulated Amount - the value of a customers accumulated top-ups that will be used to determine if the customer qualifies for a Reward.
Analysis Date - the date on which a customers Accumulated Amount is analysed to determine if they qualify for a Reward.
