"You" means any person who subscribes to GPRS Bundles.

GPRS Bundles are available on all Orange pay monthly service plans (excluding Planahead, Boxed and ready and other pay up-front tariffs).

You may subscribe to purchase one GPRS Bundle per month. The charges are payable in advance and will be added to your Orange account each month.

Where you have an 'Orange World' promotional bundle, which include an allowance for GPRS, You may not also subscribe to a GPRS bundle

Your chosen GPRS Bundle will be activated automatically on subscription. However, the first GPRS Bundle You receive will be adjusted on a pro rata basis and the price and volume of the GPRS Bundle may be reduced according to your monthly billing date.

You may request to cancel or change the volume of your GPRS Bundle at anytime by giving at least five days notice before your billing date. Any changes You make to the GPRS Bundle will take effect from your next billing date.
7.
You are only allowed to purchase one GPRS Bundle per subscription in any one billing cycle.

GPRS bundles can be shared within a Talkshare account, with the exception of Orange World Access Max
9.
For Talkshare customers the GPRS Bundle can only be purchased by the account leader but will be available for all sharers to use on a first case basis.

The unlimited bundle has a fair usage limit of 1000MB

Any unused GPRS data will not be rolled over.
12.
GPRS Bundles can only be used to send and receive data whilst in an Orange service area in the UK and will require the use of a GPRS enabled phone.
13.
SMS Text Messaging can not be sent using your GPRS Bundle, text messages will continue to be charged at your service plan rates.
14.
Orange will charge You at your service plan rates for any data transfers made outside of your GPRS Bundle.
15.
GPRS is not available on Line 2.
16.
Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw GPRS Bundles at any time on reasonable notice.
17.
Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services the latter will prevail.
