The following offer (the "Promotion") is available only to full time higher education students who are new or existing Orange customers, subject to the additional "Our Customers First" terms set out below ("Eligible Customers").

The Promotion will entitle Eligible Customers to receive:
a.
1000 free standard person to person text messages whilst in the UK to any UK mobile phone network each month; and
b.
50% off calls whilst in the UK to standard UK landlines;
for a period of 4 years (the "Promotion Period").
3.
If you are a new or Eligible Customer you must be on Your Plan 60, 120, 200 or 300 or Any Network Off Peak (each an "Eligible Tariff") to qualify for the Promotion.
4.
If you are not on an Eligible Talkplan you may switch service plan to take advantage of the Promotion, subject to the Orange tariff migration policy a copy of which is available at www.orange.co.uk.
5.
The Promotion will be applied as soon as practicable after selection. If you switch service plan to qualify for the Promotion, the Promotion and your new service plan will be applied at the start of your next billing period.
6.
The Promotion is only available to qualifying UK residents aged 18 years or over.
7.
The Promotion will be applied to your line 1 only if you have 2 lines on your mobile phone.
8.
The Promotion is available through Orange Retail, Orange Online and Orange Telebusiness only.
9.
In order to qualify for the Promotion you must provide a valid NUS (National Union of Students) or Matriculation card (for Scottish Universities only) or a letter from your University/College confirming that you have been accepted as a or are a full time student (dated and on headed paper). Photocopies are not acceptable.
10.
Promotion text messages will not rollover and any unused text messages will be removed from your account at the end of each month.
11.
Any inclusive bundled minutes and text messages, including that of any other offers and promotions, which has been applied to your account will be used before the Promotion.
12.
You will be charged your standard service plan rate for usage outside the free allocation of text messages.
13.
The Promotion is not transferable. No refunds or cash alternatives are available.
14.
Orange reserves the right to remove the Promotion from your account and/or ask you to refund the discount and/or for free text messages used if it considers that you have breached any of the Promotion terms and conditions and/or any of the Orange standard network Terms and Conditions.
15.
If you change your service plan during the Promotion Period or if you are disconnected for any reason, Orange reserves the right to refuse to reconnect you and you will no longer qualify for the Promotion.
16.
The Promotion is not available in conjunction with other Orange promotions or Customer Service tariff discounts or bundles, which will be removed from your account when you take this Promotion. However, the Promotion can be taken with Member Get Member, Double Text, Try (other than Try text messaging) and Family.
17.
Connection is subject to status and acceptance of the Orange standard network Terms and Conditions (for pay monthly or pay as you go, as appropriate), a copy of which is available in your phone user guide. Further copies are available by visiting www.orange.co.uk. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Orange standard network terms and conditions, the latter will prevail.
18.
Orange reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
19.
Orange reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.
Our Customers First
1.
Orange is making its airtime offers available to both new and existing customers subject to these terms and conditions (the "Promotions").
2.
Any Promotion you choose will be subject to separate additional terms and conditions applicable to that particular promotion.
3.
Promotions are not available in conjunction with other Orange promotions. These will be removed upon the application of the Promotion to your account. This includes without limitation Free Evening Minutes, Student and Orange Extras.
4.
Orange reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and top amend replace or withdraw the Promotions on providing reasonable notice to you.
5.
PAYM Promotions
5.1
Promotions are available to existing Orange pay monthly customers who have 3 months of their minimum term to complete e.g. you are in :
- month 10 of a 12 month contract.
- month 16 of an 18 month contract
- month 22 of a 24 month contract
("Eligible Customers")
5.2
Eligible Customers must be on an eligible service plan which will be set out in each promotion.
5.3
You may participate in only one Promotion in any 12 month period.
5.4
By taking a Promotion, Eligible Customers agree to be subject to the following new minimum term contract:
- 12 months without a handset upgrade
- 18 months with a handset upgrade.
6.
PAYG Promotions
6.1
The Promotions are available to existing Orange pay as you go customers.
6.2
You may participate in only one Promotion at a time.
