Topping up by phone couldn't be easier - either text us or call us.

setting up text top up
- Register your pay as you go phone (if you haven't done so already)
- Call 450 from your Orange phone (or 07973 100 450 from any other phone) to add a credit or a debit card to your account
- Save 2886 as 'Top up' in your address book
using text top up (every time)
- Create a new text message to top up
- Enter the last 4 digits of your card, the 2 digit top up amount (this can be £5, £10, £15, £20, £30, £40 or £50) and the 3 digit card security code (4 digits for Amex cards) as shown below:

Remember to type 05 not 5 on its own if you want to top up by £5

- Once you've sent the text message remember to delete it from your Sent items.

And if text top ups aren't for you, you can always call 450 from your Orange phone (or 07973 100 450 from any other phone) to top up with a credit/debit card or a voucher.
