Try Text Messaging
  1. This offer may be one of more trial offers that are available to Orange customers and you acknowledge and accept the restriction that you may only try one trial offer at a time as set out in these terms and conditions
  2. This offer is available for PAYG customers
  3. This offer provides 30 free text messages to use during 30 days
  4. Existing Orange customers will only be eligible to trial a product or service if they have not previously used that product or service or if the customer has been directly invited to do so by Orange
  5. Customers are only entitled to trial one product for free at any one time
  6. Customers can only have a free trial of a product once (this includes Orange World)
  7. Try products can only be added to a line one number
  8. It may take up to 72 hours for the free trial product or service to be added to your account

  10. For PAYG customers all free trial bundles are valid for 30 days
  11. Should a customer not have used all of their free allocation at the end of the free trial period, any credit remaining on the trial bundle will be lost
  12. Refunds are not available on free trials
  13. Customers are not entitled to have a chargeable and a free trial bundle of the same product running concurrently eg if a customer has a text trial bundle on their account they will not be permitted to also take a chargeable text messaging bundle of any size and vice versa
  14. PAYG customers must be in credit to be eligible to use a free trial once the bundle has been applied to their account
  15. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions on providing reasonable notice to you
  16. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services for pay monthly customers or the Terms and conditions for the supply of Orange pay as you go services for Pay as you go customers. Copies of these terms and conditions can be found at the back of the user guide supplied with your phone.
Pay monthly customers, Evening and Weekend Data Bundle Offer
  1. The offer is an evening and weekend data bundle (“the Offer”) and applies to new and existing pay monthly customers who are on or sign up to an Animal Package or Student Package (the “Eligible Customers”).
  2. To subscribe to the Offer you must reply to the text message you receive by stating YES by the time and date stated in the text message. Your reply SMS will be free of charge. Your chosen offer will be activated automatically on subscription.
  3. To take up the offer you need to reply by the time and date stated in the text message you receive.
  4. The offer will be applied shortly after your reply has been sent, and you will be notified by text message when your offer is available.
  5. The Offer is evening and weekend WAP or mobile internet browsing on your mobile phone free of charge for two months, subject to clause 6 below. The Offer is for use within the UK only. You will be charged at your standard service plan rates for using your phone abroad.
  6. Fair usage policy: To ensure the fair allocation of network resources for all customers the Offer may not be used for: modem access for computers, internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, Instant Messaging, peer to peer file sharing and non Orange internet based video. If such use is detected, notice may be given and Network protection controls may be applied to all services which Orange does not believe constitute WAP or mobile internet browsing. This may result in a reduced speed of transmission, inability to use such services and, at the discretion of Orange, removal of the Offer. The Offer is subject at all times to a fair usage policy of 1000MB each month. Usage above this amount will constitute abuse & Orange may, at its discretion, monitor usage and withdraw the Offer from your account in the event that the fair usage policy is abused.
  7. Once the Offer is applied to your account you will continue to receive the Offer free of charge for 2 months. After this time you will automatically roll onto a £5 evening and weekend data subscription which you may cancel at any time.
  8. If you have previously taken up the Offer and have rolled onto the £5 evening & weekend data subscription you are not eligible for an additional 2 months free on subsequent upgrades.
  9. The Offer does not include event charges such as for ringtones or games (although transport costs for these events are included) and can be used between 7pm and 7am, Monday to Friday and from 7 pm Friday to 7 am Monday. You will be charged at your standard service plan rates for using your phone outside these hours.
  10. For the avoidance of doubt the evening and weekend data bundle is an Orange Additional Service.
  11. The Offer is not available with any other offer and/or promotion unless otherwise specified.
  12. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Offer on providing reasonable notice to you.
  13. In the event that your account is terminated for any reason, including, but not limited to non payment Orange reserves the right to refuse re-connection to the Offer.
  14. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, the latter will prevail.
Pay monthly customers, Orange World Daily Access
  1. The Orange World Daily Access bundle ('the Offer') is only available at the invitation of Orange, to selected pay monthly customers.
  2. To subscribe to the Offer you must reply to the text message you receive from Orange by stating YES by the time and date stated in the text message. Your reply SMS will be free of charge.
  3. The Offer will be applied shortly after your text message reply has been received by Orange, and you will be notified of this by text message.
  4. The Offer provides one day's unlimited browsing for £1 subject to clause 5. A day is between 0.00 and 23.59 on the same day.
  5. The Offer is subject to a fair usage level of 25Mb per day and a condition that it be used solely for mobile browsing. It is not to be used for other activities which Orange does not consider to be mobile browsing, such as non-Orange internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, instant messaging, peer to peer file sharing, non-Orange internet based video. Should you exceed this limit or if such other use is detected, notice may be given and Network protection controls may be applied to all services which Orange does not consider, in its absolute discretion, to be mobile browsing. This may result in, at Orange's absolute discretion, your inability to purchase other Orange World Access services, a reduced speed of transmission, suspension of data browsing services and/or suspension of your account.
  6. The Offer can only be used in the UK. Any use outside of the UK will be charged at the relevant international rates.
  7. The Offer does not include event charges such as for ringtones or games (transport costs for these events are included).
  8. Usage of data under this offer will not contribute to any rewards or other promotions offered by Orange from time to time.
  9. Orange reserves the right to amend or vary these terms or to withdraw the Offer at any time on reasonable notice.
  10. Downloading or applying for the Offer may result in the suspension or deletion of any previous data bundle (or data tariff) on your Device.
  11. Your application for the Offer will be subject to Orange approval and compatibility with your current talkplan. You will be notified by text message once the Offer has been applied to your account. Until receipt of such confirmation text message your standard service plan rates shall apply.
  12. The Offer is also subject to the applicable Standard Network Terms which should be viewed at www.orange.co.uk. In the event if inconsistency between these terms and the Standard Network Terms the Standard Network Terms shall apply.

Pay as you go customers, 50p daily access to the mobile internet
  1. This mobile internet access promotion (“the Promotion”) is available only to Pay as you go customers invited to participate in the promotion.
  2. To subscribe to the Promotion you must reply to the text message you receive from Orange stating YES by the time and date stated in the invitation message from the phone number that the text message was sent to. Texts sent from another phone number will not be recognised as eligible responses.
  3. Your reply SMS will be free of charge. The Promotion will be applied shortly after your reply has been sent, and you will be notified by text message when the Promotion is available.
  4. The Promotion is daily WAP or mobile internet browsing on your mobile phone for 50p. The Promotion is for use within the UK only. You will be charged at your standard service plan rates for using your phone abroad.
  5. A charge of £0.50 (inclusive of VAT) will be deducted from your account on application of the Promotion. Refunds are not available.
  6. PAYG customers must be in credit at the point of registration to be eligible for the Promotion.
  7. From application of the Promotion, customers will have unlimited access to the mobile internet until midnight of that day. Fair usage applies.
  8.   11. Service is subject to the Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange pay as you go services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
