Pay Monthly - Christmas Offers

10 MMS for £1
  1. The 10 MMS for £1.00 offer ("The Offer") is only available to selected Orange pay monthly customers at the invitation of Orange. Excludes Talk Share plans.
  2. To subscribe to the Offer you must reply to the text message you receive from Orange stating YES by midnight on the date stated in the invitation.
  3. By replying YES to the Offer you agree that Orange can charge £1 for the Offer. When the Offer has been applied to your account and has been activated you will receive a text message from Orange to confirm that the offer is live on your account.
  4. The Offer will be valid for one month from the date is applied to your account,
  5. The Offer includes an allowance of 10 standard UK person to person MMS messages to use in a one-month period. Offer includes Standard UK person to person MMS messages sent to other Mobiles. The offer excludes all non person to person UK MMS messages, International MMS message, roaming MMS messages and Premium Rate MMS messages.
  6. If any of the monthly allowance of 10 MMS messages are unused they will be lost and are non refundable.
  7. The Offer can only be applied to Line 1.
  8. If you upgrade your handset, providing you remain on the same Service Plan you will be able to retain the Offer.
  9. The offer is non-transferable, should you move Service Plans or, your account is terminated for any reason, including, but not limited to non payment, then the Offer will be removed
  10. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Offer at any time upon reasonable notice.
  11. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, the latter will prevail.


100 International Calling minutes to Australasia for £10
  1. The calls to Australasia offer ("The Offer") is only available at the invitation of Orange, to selected Orange pay monthly customers.
  2. To subscribe to the Offer you must reply to the text message you receive from Orange stating YES by midnight on the date stated in the invitation.
  3. By replying YES to the Offer you agree that Orange can charge £10 for the Offer. When the Offer has been applied to your account and has been activated you will receive a text message from Orange to confirm that the offer is live on your account.
  4. The offer is valid for one month from the date it is applied to your account.
  5. The offer includes 100 IDD minutes of calls to Australasia. Calls are to landlines or mobiles in Australasia only.
  6. The destinations in Australasia that this offer applies to are:
    • Australia
    • New Zealand
  7. If any of the 100 IDD minutes are unused within the month they will be lost and are non refundable.
  8. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Offer at any time upon reasonable notice.
  9. In the event that your account is terminated for any reason, including, but not limited to non payment Orange reserves the right to refuse re-connection to the Offer.
  10. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, the latter will prevail.


Travel Talk 50 for £25
  1. Travel Talk bundles are available to all Orange Pay Monthly customers connected to an Orange Personal or Small Business Service Plan.
  2. Roaming must be provisioned on your phone in order for the Travel Talk bundle to be applied to Your account. Connection to roaming which is an additional service is subject to status
  3. You may purchase Travel Talk bundles of either £15 for 25 minutes or £25 for 50 minutes of talktime.
  4. You can use your Travel Talk bundles to:
    • Make voice calls back to the UK (includes calls to UK landlines and all UK mobile phones) whilst roaming in a Country (defined below),
    • Retrieve Your voice messages on Orange Answer Phone whilst roaming in a Country (defined below),
    • Receive voice calls whilst roaming in a Country (defined below)
  5. The bundle can used whilst roaming in the following 33 countries only (known as Orange Zone, Europe 1 and Ireland): Austria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovenia, Sweden, Gibraltar, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland ('Country').
  6. Your chosen Travel Talk bundle will be activated at the point of subscription and is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of subscription.
  7. Any Travel Talk credit remaining after the 30 day period will be lost.
  8. If you choose to purchase more than one Travel Talk bundle, the Travel Talk bundle which was applied to your account first will be used first.
  9. Travel Talk bundles are only designed to give savings. You may still access roaming services once your Travel Talk bundles have been used, however you will be responsible to pay for all charges for usage outside the bundles.
  10. Customers will be charged their standard service plan roaming rate for usage outside of the bundle allocation. For customers who also subscribe to Frequent Traveller, your Travel Talk bundle will be used before using your Frequent Traveller discounted rates.
  11. Please note that charges incurred whilst using your phone abroad may be billed several months in arrears. When this occurs the charges will be deducted from any Travel Talk bundles which were available at the time the call was made. Therefore you should not treat the balance of Travel Talk bundle on your monthly invoice as the actual credit remaining as some charges for previous usage may not yet have been processed.
  12. A 60 second minimum call charge for each call made or received will apply, thereafter calls are charged at a per second rate.
  13. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw Travel Talk bundles at any time on reasonable notice.
  14. Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services the latter will prevail.


Free Christmas Calling Tune Promotion
  1. 'The Offer' applies to a selected Christmas Calling Tune which is available to all Orange pay monthly and pay as you go customers for free.
  2. 'The Offer' can only be redeemed once per customer, either by calling 477 or visiting Orange World by clicking on the symbol on your phone
  3. The Offer' is only available until 23:59 on 31st Dec 2007
  4. Not all Calling Tunes are included in this offer

30 MMS bundle
  1. The 30 MMS offer (the "Offer") is by invitation only to selected pay monthly customers.
  2. The 30 MMS have no duration limit and will remain on the account until used.
  3. The Offer includes an allowance of 30 standard UK person to person MMS messages sent to other Mobiles. The offer excludes all non person to person UK MMS messages, International MMS message, roaming MMS messages and Premium Rate MMS messages.
  4. The 30 free MMS will be used after any inclusive talkplan MMS or chargeable bundles.
  5. The Offer can only be applied to Line 1.
  6. Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Offer at any time upon reasonable notice.
